The Ministry of Finance issued Financial Bulletin No. 35/2021, in which it waives the administrative fee for some requests.
These are, for example, a request for remission of a fine for late submission of the tax return, a request for remission of interest on late payments or a request for remission of a fine for not submitting the control report. The fee will be waived only if the deadline for filing the return has passed and the tax was due in the period from 25.11.2021 to 31.12.2021. In the case of the request for remission of a fine for not submitting the control report, the administrative fee is waived if the summons to submit or amend the control report was issued during this period, too.
